Which was mostly due to university exams, but it shouldn&amp;#8217;t be an excuse when I spend so much time procrastinating! May as well do something worth while with the time.. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So good to get out, even though it was a bitterly cold night. Only did 3km but it was a good start to what I&amp;#8217;m hoping to make a 4-5 days a week occurrence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s so true.. you never regret a workout!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Head = cleared&lt;/p&gt;

Pretty good pace and I only stopped once, to change the song on my ipod (and for a quick breath perhaps). Although it was no more than 2&lt;strong&gt;°&lt;/strong&gt;C outside and I was wearing little more than a tan top and shorts, it was oddly refreshing. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I guess I find myself tired quick often, and I&amp;#8217;ve always blamed the fact that a 10+hour shift at work is virtually impossible for me, on my vegetarian diet. But I&amp;#8217;ve realised that I&amp;#8217;m the one putting myself in this position and not exactly helping beat this stereotype of weakness and constant fatigue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The reason I&amp;#8217;m tired is to do with not putting enough time into knowing what exactly I need to eat to stay energised throughout the whole day. I don&amp;#8217;t always take my iron supplements, I don&amp;#8217;t always watch my protein intake, I don&amp;#8217;t always do enough exercise. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s easy enough to identify a weakness, it&amp;#8217;s changing something that&amp;#8217;s the real task! &lt;/p&gt;

I suppose with it being a new year and all that I&amp;#8217;ve decided I want to put a lot more time into my fitness, as I&amp;#8217;ve fallen behind a lot in the last few months.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From looking at numerous blogs on here it has really given me that extra push I needed to realise what I have to do. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But something that really alarmed me about some of the things posted on tumblr was the amount of motivational blogs that take weight loss and body image way too far. I came across far too many pro-ana blogs, and it seriously scared me because I could see how people could easily get sucked into this way of thinking. There are tons of teenagers lusting after these unrealistic body images.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m so thankful that at this point in my life I am aware that if I&amp;#8217;m going to set goals for myself, fitness and health wise, that I have to do it the right way. It&amp;#8217;s the same with anything really. I don&amp;#8217;t expect results immediately. I&amp;#8217;ve realised that 90% of it is your mindset. &lt;/p&gt;
