No excuses

Finally got out for a run tonight, following a rather lazy week. Which was mostly due to university exams, but it shouldn’t be an excuse when I spend so much time procrastinating! May as well do something worth while with the time.. 

So good to get out, even though it was a bitterly cold night. Only did 3km but it was a good start to what I’m hoping to make a 4-5 days a week occurrence.

It’s so true.. you never regret a workout!

Bit of a improv dinner. Mix bean salad with courgette, spinach, rocket, onion & garlic. Oven cooked mushroom stuffed with tomato, courgette, onion, pesto and a little bit of cream cheese. It was pretty delish I must say!

Did a 3.5km run in 19 minutes tonight, not too bad.. But definitely want to improve on that! Having goals makes you so much more motivated to workout :)
